Clinical Resources LLC is currently seeking HEDIS Nurses to work for a large managed care facility across the United States. We are currently seeking nurses in the following states: MA, CT, ME, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CO, OH, IL, MO, TX, OK, NC, TN, FL, GA, with more to follow. Below you will find a brief description about these positions as well as the Commitment Letter for the HEDIS Nurse position. | Start Date 1/17/2008

Nurse Abstractors Needed
- REQUIRED: Reliable transportation (at least 50 miles), able to lift up to 25lbs, able to work a minimum of 20-40 hours per week Mon-Fri (required).
- CRITICAL: Candidates must commit to duration of project Abandonment of the assignment prior to its end will result in a penalty. Required Skill Sets: 3 years of previous experience and proven ability to read and interpret medical records under review, a licensed RN or LPN - abstractors do not need to be licensed in the state that they are working, at least 3 years of nursing experience, knowledge of HEDIS (Strongly Preferred).
- TRAINING training will be for 1 day in late January/early February 2008.

(Please print, sign/email, and return) hank you for your interest in the upcoming HEDIS Project scheduled to begin in January 2008. As you may know, projects of such magnitude require an eminent degree of dedication and commitment to be proven successful for all involved.
This letter of commitment will serve as your intent to commit to the project as an independent contractor and my commitment as recruiter per discussed. This letter does not in any way imply an offer of employment and should not be construed as such.
By signing and returning this letter of intent is your agreement to commit to the HEDIS Project scheduled for January, 2008 in the event you are selected to participate in the project. In the event you are not able to commit to the project as agreed, as a courtesy, Clinical Resources LLC requests you provide a 30 (thirty) day notification stating your withdrawal from the project. A non-response to this letter will be perceived as you being no longer interested in the project and your name and contact information will be removed from our database. In taking these precautions, it will allow us to plan more effectively in efforts of making the project a success. Please retain a copy for your records.
