Ronda Ray joined Clinical Resources LLC May of 2007 as the Director of Finance. Ronda comes with extensive experience as she has worked in the accounting field for over 21 years.  Her career began in the Hospitality Industry and after eight years, she began working in the Real Estate Management Industry.  The positions held by her include:  Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk, Payroll Administrator, Hotel Controller, and Accounting/Office Manager. 

This experience has given Ronda the opportunity to help companies set up and computerize their accounting systems, train employees, oversee daily company tasks and assist with annual accounting audits.  She has managed the accounting for several hotels, multiple shopping centers, and multiple apartment complexes and for the last six years has operated her own full charge bookkeeping service.

Ronda’s positive attitude, self motivation and attention to detail have been beneficial in working with others, seeking solutions to problems and producing results.  As our clients and consultants work with her, they can be assured that they will receive quality service, solutions and results.
